Ferndale Farms has run in Lee's family since the time she was born. Being raised in thoroughbred country, Lee inherited her fathers love for horses and racing. When he passed due to a heart attack, Lee inherited the stables and decided to carry on doing what her father loved to do.

Lee Mulligan - Lee is the owner of Ferndale Farms. She inherited it after her father died, and enjoys the sport of horse racing as much as he did. She is an avid horse lover, and will get on the back of any horse even if it is 'dangerous'. Much to the displeasure of Mike.
Richard Johnson - Ricky is the main jockey at FF. He is 4'11, and weighs roughly 100 pounds. He's been with FF since Lee was a teenager, and often gives advice to the newer jockeys.
Mike James - Mike is their trainer, and he like Ricky has been around since Lees father. A stern older man, he is quick to put someone in their place. Often viewed as a dick, he has one weakness and that is Lee. After seeing her grow up, he views her as a daughter and would do anything for her.
Chad Wilkenson - Chad is the newly hired jockey, and is under the tutelage of Ricky. He is 4'9 but has a temper to match his red hair. Though he can be hot headed he is nothing but gentle with the horses, which earns him bonus points from Lee.
Scott Stallman - Scott is a new jockey to FF. He works under Ricky along with Chad. Usually used for exercising the horses, he does the grunt work around the barn. It is his hope one day that Ricky will suggest him to Mike for a race.
Trevor Birdsall - Trevor is usually the exercising rider, but is sometimes used as a backup jockey. He's the newest to the staff at Ferndale and thus Ricky and Mike keep a close eye on him.
