[bg=black][atrb=border,0,true][atrb=width,400,true] Lee & Freddy Krueger, Ricky & Phantom Menace Lee smirked as she stepped out onto the track, the two black reverse brindles behind her. Freddy’s reins clutched within her grip while Ricky lead Phanny onto the track. Lee rolled her eyes in fond exasperation as Freddy squealed, rearing up and tossing his head. Lee however simply lifted her arm, keeping ahold of the reins until he came back down. ”So much like their sire.” She murmured, watching while Phanny circled around as Ricky attempted to mount - a comical sight indeed - before she threw the reins over Freddys head and swung up onto his back in a practiced move. As soon as she was settled however he went up once more, lunging forth with an angry squeal and a buck. Pulling back on the reins she circled the young colt around, posture calm and relaxed though her eyes held her amusement. ”So glad you think this funny.” Grumped Ricky. ”I’m getting too old for this.” He added under his breath as he circled the young mare around. ”Ah and you don’t? They’re examples of Dies offspring.” She commented, nudging Freddy for a trot as they did figure eights across the track. ”Devil twins more like.” Ricky snarked, causing Lee to laugh. ”And yet not twins at all.” She replied, smirking. Ricky dipped his head in a nod, nudging Phanny towards their starting point. ”Come on Hellion.” Lee murmured to the colt, urging him after his older sister. He snorted half reared before moving forth. While the ‘devil twins’ were a handful, both Lee and Ricky adored them. Their unusual markings made them have a special place in their hearts, a fact that it seemed both horses knew and knew it well.

Amy Hastings and Eidolon

"Echo, stop that!" Amy scolded the dark bay filly as she danced sideways across the track, more than ready to run. Her first work that wasn't happening in the dead of night before the other stables got started, and the filly was already putting on a show with a sudden inability to move in a forward motion. Amy was ready to let the filly go too - she'd not been on five minutes, and already she hated riding Sola's explosive daughter - but Eidolon couldn't run without a good warmup first.

Taking a chance, Amy gave the filly a firm kick, making her bounce in protest at the sudden authority. "Walk on Echo," she tried with an assertive tone, resorting to basic training methods, and amazingly the bay responded, picking up her white-splashed feet and moving on at a much smoother pace, though she still danced and spooked all over the track, ears flicking back and forth madly. There was something wrong with Eidolon, Amy swore; half the time when she ran, she would take the bit between her teeth and bolt, and too bad if you wanted to keep up - but then other times, she'd drop behind and tease the other horses with short bursts of speed. They'd considered blinkers, but at the same time, they were dead scared of a focused Eidolon. Her bolting trick was bad enough as it was.

[bg=black][atrb=border,0,true][atrb=width,400,true] Lee & Freddy Krueger, Ricky & Phantom Menace The ‘devil twins’ hadn’t gotten far when anothers voice was heard, causing Freddy to side step, bumping into the rail at his side. Lee glanced behind them while directing him away from the railing, towards the outside of his sister. His ears pinned back against his skull he obeyed - grudgingly - with harsh snorts and bouncy steps. Ricky watched as the devil colt moved to his left and glanced behind as well, spotting one of the Kings park workers and it seemed a difficult horse. ”Hey Amy.” Ricky called, slowing Phanny down some and letting Freddy go ahead of them at the trot. ”Ya might wanna steer clear of these two. They’re rather aggressive.” He added, though he’d be shocked if she didn’t know whos they were at first glance. Their sires temperament being as memorable as it was, they were nearly as if not more, aggressive than their sire. Lee circled Freddy back around, nodding towards Amy before she turned the colt once more. She’d found that if she kept him moving, he was easier to handle than if he stood still as Phanny was doing now.

Amy Hastings and Eidolon

Amy recognised the two youngsters instantly; there weren't many brindles around the track, and the way they were behaving made her certain of who they were. And with there sire being Daemon, it was no wonder they were difficult to handle.

"Trust me, Eidolon here isn't behaving much better," she called in response to Ricky's warning, though she fought with the filly to give them a wide berth anyway, forcing the bay out towards the rail. The filly's ears were almost flat against her head and head tossed high in the air in bold disapproval of Amy's authority, but Eidolon went, moving away from the scary brindles. Amy could almost hear the filly plotting away inside her sharp little mind, coming up with a way to get back at Amy for making her do what she was told. Her bolting trick, most likely; Eidolon knew it scared the bajeebers out of anyone who had to sit through it.

[bg=black][atrb=border,0,true][atrb=width,400,true] Lee & Freddy Krueger, Ricky & Phantom Menace Ricky smirked as Amy spoke about Echos behavior, before pulling back on Phannys reins when she started to move forth with ears slicked back against skull, causing Lee and Freddy to bump into her. Lee circled Freddy around, but not before Phanny managed to snake out and place a harsh nip to his rump. A high pitched squeal escaped the younger as he bolted forwards, and Ricky rolled his eyes. ”Believe me, theres not many who can get worse than these two.” Ricky commented dryly, as he nudged Phanny into a trot as he circled her. ”We’re gonna take em for six furlongs if you wanna join. Just gotta keep out of reach is all.” Lee commented from atop her own mount, who was getting rather sick of the circles she had him doing and tossed his head, trying to rip the reins from her grip. Alas it was not working, and instead earned him a tap with the crop, barely a brush across his shoulder as she urged him into a canter. Ricky nodded in agreement with Lee. ”Aye, its safe with me and Lee on em. Just didn’t want Echo there getting bit or kicked.” He added, and as if on cue glanced over to see Freddy buck. He turned back to Amy and raised a brow as if to say ‘my point’

Amy Hastings and Eidolon

"I'll be sure to keep out of your way," Amy said, giving Eidolon another sharp kick as she felt the filly about to pull off some dastardly plan to get rid of her rider. "Providing Eidolon feels like running today." She couldn't yet tell what she was in for, but she was pretty damn sure she was never getting on this horse again.
