No one was sure whos brilliant idea this was, but they all knew one thing was certain they were going to find this person and murder them, slowly and painfully. Lee lead the way onto the track with Will - one of the best behaved - followed closely by Ricky on Freddy who bumped into Will as the young colt bolted forward, bucking out as soon as he’d passed. Will snorted and danced to the side, away from the insanity as even more spilled onto the track. Behind Freddy came his elder sister Phanny, who watched her brothers behavior with ears pinned back against skull and wide eyes. Lee nearly felt sorry for Chad…Nearly. Once they’d entered the track Phanny danced off to the opposite side, and planted her hooves refusing to go forward.
Braveheart entered the track with nearly no issues, except for when he neared Freddy. A high pitched squeal ripped through the air as he snuck his head out, sending a sharp nip to the brindle colts rump. ”Damnit! Keep those two separate!” She’d had Phanny between them for a reason. Trevor shot Lee an apologetic look and circled Braveheart off, trotting him in figure eights while the rest of the crazy train entered.
Banshee and Scott entered without incident, and the jockey directed the young Die daughter over towards Wills side, watching as Freddy continued to give Ricky a hard time, though the senior Jockey handled it with practiced ease and soon had the colt moving through the paces in zig zags along the track. Commotion from the track entrance caused both Lee and Scott to look, watching as Bitch reared and squealed her temp jockey barely managing to stay on as the filly lunged forward. Lee winced when Bitch clipped the railing, and danced off to the side with ears pinned and eyes wide. ”Whos idea was this?” Scott murmured, shaking his head when Celtic danced beneath him.
Lee sighed as she watched the chaos. ”Three guesses.” She replied, patting Will who was merely watching his half siblings and the two Rocket foals make fools of themselves. Almost as though she was signaled, Reaper entered with the bit between her teeth at a dead gallop, zig zagging between siblings as her Jockey Theresa tried unsuccessfully to get the filly under control. Lee groaned and smacked her face with a hand. ”I’m going to kill him.” She growled beneath her breath, urging Will into the increasing chaos after his runaway sister.
Scott shook his head, backing Celtic as Freddy came too close to kicking her during one of his many bucks. He looked towards the entrance just as their second Challenger foal entered, Perry. The champagne colt was majorly different from his bay sister. While he enjoyed tormenting those on the ground, the champagne colt seemed to take this chaos in stride. Calmly weaving his way through the daemon foals and out towards where Wallace was - but making sure to steer clear - while the horses continued to file in.
Next to enter was Ethan and Hero, who pinned her ears back and snorted as her Jockey urged her into the chaos. However he was not careful enough, causing the buckskin filly to be clipped by Phanny when she decided to buck. Hero squealed and danced to the side, a slight limp noticeable. ”Damnit. ETHAN Stop her!” Scott called over the chaos, and urged Banshee forth.
He didn’t get far however when Neith entered, ears pinned back against skull and neck arched. He nearly felt sorry for the jockey upon that Die foals back. ”Take her away from the chaos, now.” He ordered, watching the jockey foolishly brush her with the crop. Neith lunged forth and charged through her siblings, heading out into the open track with wild eyes. ”I didn’t say hit her!” He cried after the moron, watching as he pulled back on the fillys reins.
Lee had managed to calm Reaper by then and groaned. ”I’m surrounded by idiots.” The final horse entered the track then and Lee watched as the jockey maneuvered her through the fray and off to the side, away from everyone else. Thank god someone had some sense.
