hail is very picky about what he wants to do and what he likes. he refuses to eat the normal type of grain that all the other horses get and has to have a special type. he hates certain types of treats and will only eat a few types. he is the same way with riders, too. he bucks, kicks, bolts when he has a rider he doesn't like. the only flat creek rider he likes is freddy kranz. his running style also depends on the day, some days he comes from behind, others he's a stalker, and some he's a frontrunner.

hail is sired by the freshman sire fiorion, a half brother to the great skyward. he was a two time feature winner and well known around the track for his grit. his dam, blue skies, was a productive broodmare, foaling open at the close, all that jazz, and unsung hero, among others. he is her last foal, so there are plenty of hopes put on him to do well.

coco is a princess. she's always acting like a bratty ruler of the world. everything must be her way, otherwise she won't do it. the only person that can get her to do things (although they are done her way) is josh passit. he makes what he wants to do seem like her idea, so that she does it. he tries to get her to be a midpack runner, but there are some days when she won't listen and runs how she wants to.

coco is sired by the well known thatswhatyouthink, sire of mindset and pioneer, among others. he was well known as a racer and is devolping a reputation as a sire. coco's dam, devil's food is the dam of the hall of famer skyward, along with fiorion, numerical, and the wild life, plus several others. coco is her last foal and there is much hope that she will become as much a champion as her half sister skyward.

DEMONINO

demon is a very spooky colt. he is scared of almost everything, very different from the reputation that his siblings have earned. demon hides out in the back of his stall, not wanting any contact with anyone. he absolutely hates anything foreign, being scared enough as is of the things he sees daily. when he's scared, he bolts, running away from the scary object.

demon is sired by the well known sire daemon, sire of he's a pirate and devil i am. his dam, in flight, has foaled several runners, the best known being stardust.

LAUGHING SPELL

spell is a very happy go lucky type horse. he doesn't have a care in the world and loves to run. he loves people and attention, but doesn't run for it, just for the pure joy of running. everybody in the barn just loves him and dotes over him constantly. he tends to get quite a few treats and accepts them with a quiet bliss. he is a front runner, but could easily run elsewhere.

spell is sired by the well known sire and runner spellbreaker. his dam is the well known laugh it off, who was a very good race horse and has proven to be a good broodmare, with her first two foals being feature winners, one of those being the colt that almost won the treble, honored bravery.

tex is a fiery colt that gets wound up easily. he takes any excuse to act up, even stuff he sees daily. he acts headshy, even though nobody has laid a harmful hand on him. he's a frontrunner/stalker type, depending on the way the race plays out.

sired by the lesser known stallion by the book, tex doesn't have the best bloodlines ever, but his dam is well known. watch the clock was respected on the track, but her real reputation has been for her son devil i am, who has devolped his reputation for speed and his temperment.

con is a confusing horse. he doesn't seem to know what he wants to act like. one second, he's a big bad, dominant horse, the next very submissive and spooky. his running style depends on what personality he has at that moment.

con's sire, zynco, is a three time winner of the sire of the year award, being the sire of well known horses, the best being constellation. his dam, brilliant mind, was a good runner on the track, and has done decently as a broodmare.

opal is a sweet, docile filly. she doesn't fight for attention, but if you'd like to give her some, then that'd be great! she's a midpack type horse, although it can vary somedays.

opal is sired by the well known open at the close, a son of flat creek horses zynco and blue skies. her dam, sunshine notes, is still a young broodmare, but her only foal to run a full season on the track was two time feature winner orao ribar.

mel is a wild filly, constantly on her feet and running around. she's best friends with opal, and the two can usually be found together, despite their differences in personality. mel is a 100% frontrunner, darting to the lead and playing 'catch me if you can'

sired by fritzy, a very consistant sire that hasn't recived much respect, and out of magical transformation, mel is bred for speed. her sire has produced the well known sprinter the wild life, and her dam was a well known sprinter in her day.

lenny is the joker of the group, goofing off and making everyone's day better than it was. he loves to pull all types of jokes, but is a softie at heart. he's always there for everyone to love on. he's a closer on the track, hunting down the other horses just in time for the win.

lenny's sire, alphabetical, is best known for siring eastern elements. his dam, zee flight, wasn't very good on the track, but her foals have done decently so far.

ax's motto in life is challenge accepted. if you don't think he can do something, he'll do it. it seems as if his goal in life is to master everything. on the track, he is either impossibly far behind until the last stages of a race when he sweeps up to win, or sets an extreamly fast pace and opens a massive lead.

challenger, ax's sire, is a feature and award winner. his foals have been a massive hit on the track so far. his dam, coursette's most famous foal is the award winner sails abroad.

bird is the mean one of the bunch, acting like a bully all the time. she's mean to everyone, horse and human alike, but won't take it as far as dev. she'll snap at you, ocasionally hitting her mark. on the track, she's a stalker, driving the frontrunners until the die out, then sweeping to the lead and taking over.

bird's sire, talon is best known for orao ribar, who won two well known feature races. his dam was a terrible runner who was retired early.

rex is a clam, easy going gentle giant. He's massive, not in height, but in his stockier, muscular build. he is tall at 16.3 hands, but he seems much bigger. he'll do whatever you want, often seeming as if he's a giant dog. he has a slobbering problem, the cause unknown, but it is awfully annoying for the people who work around him. rex is a horse that can be placed wherever you want him to be, but only if it is on the outside. He hates being kept on the rail and never runs his best there.

looking glass, rex's sire, was a well known runner in his day, although he has really been unproven as a sire so far. his dam, stardust, is a daughter of fritzy and in flight. she was champion older female in y7.

tune is a lanky, uncoordinated filly, until she's running, that is. she's a brat, always making things difficult on everyone around her. she kicks and bites at all the other fillies, taking after her dam's tomboy nature. tune is a front runner, being so fast once she starts running.

tune is sired by the flat creek stallion, by the book, who is still fairly unproven due to lack of mares his first year at stud. all that jazz, tune's dam, was a pretty successful on the track. tune is her first foal.

truman is the trouble foal of his crop. he isn't near as bad as dev, but he tries to be. he is crazy, but when he sees sarah, he turns into a puppy dog that follows her everywhere. he's a mid pack horse, staying to the inside, on the rail.

truman is sired by the well known stallion spellbreaker and out of the lesser known mare stand in da way. there are many hopes pinned on this colt to really bring his site into the spotlight.

fierce. proud. those are both good words to describe sculptor. he catches the eye with his arrogant appearance and look in his eyes. he's very detached from all his handlers and simply regards them as  providers of food and the ones who allow him to run. he absolutely hates water, so bath time is always a fight. just the tiniest splash on his hoof and he's in a frenzy. it usually takes three or so people to get him cleaned up. he's a stalker, pushing the pace, unless it is muddy or raining, when he takes off on the lead.

the combination of two of the best horses on the track, sculptor is extremely well bred. his sire, constellation, was a feature and award winner several times over. skyward, his dam is the only horse to have won the treble, along with being a two time horse of the year, champion two year old, champion older female, and winner of many feature races.

SAGITTA

queen of flat creek. that's star. she's the ruler of all the horses in the stable, the lead mare, the alpha. all the horses bow down to star, as if knowing her royal blood. she can keep everyone in line with a simple glare. she has become attached with josh, running better with him riding her. on the track, she's known as the little engine that could, sweeping from the back to win decisively, despite her small stature. her only downfall is the fact that she wants to be dominate over the humans, too.
