Appearance: Tally is rather tall and willowy, and fit from spending her days riding horses and doing all sorts of work in the stables. Her hair reaches only to her shoulders to keep it manageable, and is an ashy blonde in colour. She has light blue eyes that can be piercing when she's angry or intimidating, and due to the amount of time she spends outside her skin is fairly tanned, though not overly so.
Personality: Tally is very professional and serious about her job, especially around the track. Though she is quite a friendly person by nature, she can be very intimidating when she needs things done, especially during workouts and on race days. She won't tolerate staff who don't do their job properly or can't get along with their co-workers, and isn't afraid to give anyone who comes near her horses a lecture; employee or not.
Despite her rather stern nature, Tally does care for both her horses and staff, all of which she has a good relationship with, and is rather well-known for her habit of taking on younger grooms and riders trying to break into the industry and giving them a stepping stone of sorts to greater things.
