sid is a joker, through and through. he is kind of touchy, only getting along with certain people and on certain days. he has really connected with sam foxcrand, though, and will behave like a baby with her. he loves to grab hats and throw them down the aisle of the barn, so it's best if you aren't wearing a hat around him when you're trying to get work done. he loves to mess with the other horses in races, sitting just behind the leader and if the pace is too slow he'll push them, or if it's too fast he'll ease off and wait, then come closing late.

In the saddle, she becomes a lot more of a handful, with an insane hatred for the gates and a competitive streak like no other. even at workouts, it is unacceptable for anyone to be ahead of her on the track, and if you try to hold her back she will buck, rear, bolt, anything she can to get rid of you. during races, it's better to just let her run to her hearts content, and not worry about trying to hold her back.

sired by the up and coming stallion spellbreaker, who ran at the giii level, brock has great bloodlines. spellbreaker became only the third horse to win the sire of the year award, behind tambourine and zynco. eastern essence, brock's dam, wasn't steller on the track, but as a broodmare she as shot past all expecitations to produce several champions, including the wonder filly eastern elements.
