dev is absoultly a devil. he took after both of his parents temperment wise, and is likely the meanest at flat creek, and perhaps in the entire area. nobody goes near dev without somebody else there to cover them and to call for help. there is much pity for the poor soul that is given the ride on this colt - assuming everyone survives breaking him.
